COVID-19: NO MORE STAYS UNTIL APRIL 19th – EXCEPT KEY PERSONS (s. below)
As per the latest regulation by the Cologne City government in the fight against the COVID-19 pandemic:
“The operation of hotels or other accommodation facilities is prohibited. Exceptions to this are overnight stays and accommodation of so-called key persons (members of professional groups whose activities serve to maintain public safety and order as well as medical and nursing care for the population and the maintenance of central functions of public life) as well as other accommodation by separate official order.”
This means we are forced to cancel your reservation with us if you do not belong to the group of key persons.
a) Date change
You can change the date of your stay to another date within the next year. No change fees apply. This applies to all bookings; also bookings out of the free cancellation period & bookings under a non-refundable rate.
You may choose a voucher for the full amount of your booking. The voucher will be valid for 1 year & can be used for direct bookings on our website.
If you belong to the so-called key persons which includes “members of professional groups whose activities serve to maintain public safety and order as well as medical and nursing care for the population and the maintenance of central functions of public life” including other accommodation by separate official order and want to stay with us. Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
We are monitoring the situation closely and taking action based on the recommendations of the National Government, the World Health Organization (WHO), Robert Koch Institute (RKI) & local authorities and will keep you updated throughout the next weeks.
This is an extraordinary situation for all of us, and we are doing the best to find good solutions for you & your stay. We appreciate for your patience and support on this.
We are sending all of you positive energy in this difficult time & sincerely hope that that this crisis will unite us instead of divide us!
